Once the goods are received by you, you are responsible for them until they are in the hands of the couriers.  Please complete the form opposite as soon as possible to let us know if goods are to be returned, exchanged or if they are damaged. If an item is damaged, to obtain a full refund we must be informed within 24hours of receipt.

  • If you have access to a printer,¬† please print the address below and use for returns.
  • If you do not have a printer, please write the address clearly, preferable in capital letters.
  • Attached the address label securely to the parcel.
  • Make sure that the returns part of the documentation that came with your order is included¬† with the parcel.
  • You are advised to do ‘signed for’ postage and obtain a receipt as proof of postage.
